These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Raymondo Ventures FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates.
1. Product description
The purchase grants you access to an online course, consisting of pre-recorded lessons, downloadable resources, and other digital content. The course is intended for individual educational use only.
Access is provided digitally and may include lifetime or time-limited access depending on the product description at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in DKK or USD and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to the course is granted after successful payment confirmation.
We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods offered at checkout.
3. Delivery of access
Once payment is completed, you will receive access to the course via email or account login. Delivery is considered fulfilled once access credentials or links are provided.
4. Right of withdrawal
As the course is a digital product with immediate access, your right of withdrawal is waived upon purchase according to Section 18(2) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
5. User responsibilities
You agree not to share, distribute, or resell the course content in any way. Access is personal and limited to the purchaser. Any misuse may result in access being revoked without refund.
6. Refund policy

7. Intellectual property
All content provided in the course, including videos, texts, and materials, is the intellectual property of Raymondo Ventures FZ-LLC and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Raymondo Ventures FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The course is provided “as is” without any guarantees of specific outcomes or results.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ras Al Khaimah.
